Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and iRabt, the healthcare recruitment platform based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them.

Candidates who register through our guided onboarding or WhatsApp also accept the Candidate Terms and Conditions, and employers sign an agreement with iRabt, such as the Client Service Agreement. Where one of those says something different from these terms, it applies to you. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Verify your email address. An account stays inactive until it is verified.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. An employer account acts for the company named on it, and the person who opens it confirms they may do so.
• If you think someone else has used your account, reset your password and tell us straight away.

• Creating a profile and being matched with roles is free. You never pay a fee to be placed or hired.
• The details, CV, licences and documents you provide must be true and yours.
• Your profile starts discoverable by employers on iRabt. You can change who can find you at any time under Profile, Privacy, as the Privacy Policy explains.
• Attend the interviews you confirm, or cancel them in good time. Repeated no shows may pause your profile.
• An offer you accept is an agreement between you and the employer. The employment contract, visa and licence are between you and the employer; iRabt helps, but is not a party to them.

iRabt does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a job.

If you accepted the Candidate Terms and Conditions when you registered, the version you accepted applies alongside these terms.

• Placement fees, platform fees and payment terms are those of your agreement with iRabt: the Client Service Agreement you signed when you registered, or the contract you signed with our team.
• Use candidate profiles, CVs and contact details only to fill your own vacancies, and keep them confidential. Do not copy, sell or store them outside the platform.
• Post genuine vacancies with accurate pay and requirements, and treat candidates fairly.
• You stay responsible for your hiring decisions, employment contracts, visas, licensing and labour law compliance.

We contact you by email and, where you agreed, by WhatsApp about vacancies, applications, interviews, offers and your account. Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop proactive messages, and manage email and notifications in Settings.

When you use iRabt you agree not to:

• Provide false information, impersonate someone, or upload documents that are not yours.
• Collect, scrape or export other people's data, or contact candidates or employers for purposes other than recruitment on iRabt.
• Try to get around access controls, test the platform for weaknesses without our written permission, or disrupt it.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, discriminatory or abusive.
• Use the platform to avoid fees owed under an agreement with iRabt.

You keep ownership of the CVs, documents and messages you provide. You allow iRabt to store, process and show them as needed to run the service, including to employers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some features use AI: profile filling from your CV, match scores, the assistant and the CV builder. AI output can be wrong. Check what it writes before you rely on it or send it to someone.

• Where paid candidate plans are offered, they are monthly subscriptions in AED, taken through Stripe, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• You can change or cancel your plan from your subscription page. Plan features stop when a subscription is no longer active.
• Employers pay the fees set in their agreement with iRabt.

We work to keep iRabt available and accurate, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features. When a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you first.

iRabt is a platform that connects people. It is not the employer of candidates and not a party to employment contracts. To the extent the law allows, iRabt is not liable for hiring decisions, for information other users provide, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for the period it sets.

We may update these terms. The date and version at the top of this page show the current text. If a change matters to how you use iRabt, we tell you in the platform or by email before it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
