What is weighed
Four signals, all of them checkable.
Each one is something an employer would ask about in the first five minutes. None of them is a black box.
Specialty and sub-specialty
Not the job title. An ICU nurse, a theatre nurse and a ward nurse are different matches, and the vacancy usually knows which it needs.
Licence standing
Your MOH, DHA or DOH position against the emirate the role sits in, including whether the route is startable rather than complete.
Experience depth
Years in practice and case exposure against what the vacancy asks for, so a role needing eight years does not reach someone with two.
Availability
Notice period, visa position and relocation willingness, because a perfect clinical match who cannot start for six months is not a match.
