What iRabt does for you
iRabt (the Platform) presents your professional profile to healthcare employers in the United Arab Emirates and coordinates screening, interviews and offers on your behalf. Creating a profile and being matched with roles is free. Where paid plans are offered, they add optional tools and more applications each month; you never pay a fee to be placed or hired.
The Platform does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment, and it is not your employer or recruitment agent of record.
Your information
You confirm that the details, CV and documents you provide are accurate, are yours, and that you hold the qualifications and licences they describe. You will keep them up to date and tell us promptly when your availability changes.
Where you upload a CV, you allow the Platform to extract and structure its contents so employers can search and compare profiles.
How your profile is shared
Your profile starts discoverable: employers on the Platform can find it when they search for candidates, employers evaluating you for a vacancy can see it, and so can iRabt staff. It is not published on the open web. The starting setting also records your permission for the Platform to show your profile outside iRabt in future; nothing is shown outside iRabt today.
You can change who can find you at any time under Profile, Privacy: employers on iRabt only, employers without your name, or no one. You can also withdraw from a specific process, or ask us to close your profile, from your account or by contacting support.
Contact
The Platform contacts you by email and, where you gave consent, by WhatsApp about vacancies, interviews, offers and your account. You can withdraw WhatsApp consent at any time by replying STOP or updating your profile.
Interviews and offers
Please attend confirmed interviews or cancel through the Platform in good time. Repeated no-shows may lead to your profile being paused.
An offer accepted on the Platform is an agreement between you and the employer. The employment contract, visa, licensing and onboarding are between you and the employer; iRabt assists but is not a party to them.
Data protection
The Platform processes your personal data to provide the recruitment service, under applicable data protection law and as described in the iRabt Privacy Policy at www.irabt.com/privacy. Employers who view your profile are bound by confidentiality and may use it only for their own vacancies.
Use of the Platform is also subject to the iRabt Terms of Use at www.irabt.com/terms. Where they differ, these candidate terms apply to you.
Changes and closure
The Platform may update these terms for future registrations. The version you accepted remains the version that applies to you until you accept a newer one. You may close your account at any time; records required by law are retained for the period the law sets.
