Senior ICU Registered Nurse

Cedars Medical Centre is opening an eight bed adult intensive care unit in Dubai and is hiring a senior registered nurse to help run it. You will take charge of a nursing team across a 12 hour shift pattern, lead the care of ventilated and haemodynamically unstable patients, and act as the clinical point of contact for the intensivist on duty. The unit runs a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio for level 3 patients and 1:2 for level 2. You will also mentor junior nurses rotating through the unit and take part in our monthly clinical governance review.
